Sonim XP1300 Core, Ponsel Tangguh Berlisensi IP68

Setelah sekian lama tidak mengeluarkan ponsel tangguh-nya, Sonim dikabarkan telah menyiapkan Sonim  XP1300 Core yang gosipnya akan diperkenalkan Oktober mendatang. Berbeda dengan ponsel tangguh Sonim sebelumnya, XP1300 Core ini telah mengantongi sertifikasi IP68.
IP (International Protection Rating / Ingress Protection Rating) adalah 'ijazah' yang menunjukkan level perlindungan yang mampu diberikan oleh electrical enclosure terhadap intrusi benda padat seperti debu, air dan juga bagian tubuh seperti tangan dan jari.
Dengan sertifikasi IP68 berarti Sonim XP1300 Core akan menghadirkan perlindungan sepenuhnya terhadap debu dan tahan direndam di dalam air dalam waktu yang lama.
