Unfortunately, Skype has been telling us that they would be launching Skype that is compatible for Blackberry Bold 9700 for over a year. I bought my phone based on that news that even if they don't do it soon, the would do it later. Nokia Drop Applications, Send Images and URLs to Mobilephone Via PC Browser

Nokia is reportedly testing an application that enables smartphone users to download photos wirelessly and directly connect from browser to several Symbian phones choice.

Application called Nokia Drop was developed by Nokia Beta Labs and can be downloaded for free. And as quoted PHONE.faqih.net via betalabs.nokia, said that the application is compatible for Nokia phones running on S60 5th Edition platform and Symbian ^ 3.

Furthermore, the Beta Labs Nokia reported that this application has already been tested in a variety of Nokia phones, like 5230, 5530 Exp Music, C6-00, Nokia N97, N97 mini, Nokia N8-00, Nokia C6-01, Nokia C7-00, Nokia E7-00, Nokia 5233 , Nokia C5-03, and Nokia 5800 (PR4).

Nokia Drop in its use will provide ' Push Notification ' which allows users to change wallpaper cell phone, send pictures as files to the phone, and send the URL without using a cable or Bluetooth connection.

Originally this application will come in two parts, namely as mobile applications and browser plug - ins for Chrome or Firefox v3.6 or v4.0. Both must be installed on each device.
